Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, After Hours Flowers and Gifts does not accept returns on delivered bundles. All fresh flower bouquets, chocolates, teddy bears and gift cards are final sale once delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or was not delivered within the agreed window, please contact us within 24 hours at ahflowersandgifts@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We may offer a replacement delivery or full refund at our discretion.

Order cancellations are by by request to ahflowersandgifts@gmail.com or by calling our business number as soon as possible.
