• After-hours delivery is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

• We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect recipient addresses, restricted access to premises, or recipient unavailability where a safe-drop option was not selected.

• Afterhours Flowers & Gifts reserves the right to substitute flowers or gifts of equal or greater value where specific items are unavailable, without prior notice.
